1. Delivery Terms & Fees

• Flat Rate: A $2.00 delivery fee applies to all orders within our Springfield, IL service area.

• Windows: Deliveries are made during two daily windows: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday). 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM  (Thursday, Friday, and Saturday) (Sunday 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM) 

• Deadlines: Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be scheduled for the following morning’s window.

• Drop-off: For the safety of our driver, deliveries are "to-the-door." If no one is available, the package will be left at the secure entrance.
